William F. Foster, 84, of Brocton, passed away Wednesday July 19, 2023, at home.
Born June 26, 1939, in Erie, Pa., son of the late May and Eleanor (Hesling) Foster.
A retired employee Niagara Mohawk in Dunkirk.
Surviving is his wife Betty Jean (Apple) Foster, and sons Michael and Robert Foster.
William is preceded by his parents.
