Richard D. Polasik, 82, of Dunkirk, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at Brooks Memorial Hospital.

Per Richards wishes, Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, and a complete obituary will be published in the Saturday edition of the Observer.
