Patricia M. Lokietek

Patricia May (Maternowski) Lokietek, 91, of Fredonia passed away Monday morning, September 16, 2024 at Brooks Memorial Hospital. Born in Dunkirk on March 15, 1933, wife of the late Robert F. Lokietek and daughter of the late Martin and Stella (Zurawski) Maternowski.

Patricia retired from Verizon, formerly known as the New York Telephone Company. In her free time, she would Usher at the Fredonia Opera House, loved exercising and attending Zumba classes, going on bus trips and gardening. 

Pat always had a warm smile and enjoyed visiting everyone, cherishing all of her interactions with those around her as she was an absolute people person. 

Memberships include St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church. 

Survivors include her daughters Sheryl (Michael) Lokietek-Hilliker and Shelley (Gary) Carson; Granddaughter Amanda (Chris) Shepp and a sister, Betty Madurski. Also survived by her best pal & sister-in-law Diane Lokietek and her husband Thomas. Their children Cheryl (Ron) Logan,Lynn (Kerry) Gilbert Paul (Jody) Lokietek ,Thomas (Tiffany) Lokietek. Louise Anzalone & family, and Francis(Carol) Lokietek and family.
