Margaret C. Jensen

Margaret C. Jensen, 73, of Dunkirk, formerly of Jamestown, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Born in Jamestown on May 1, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mona (Stein) Jensen. Margaret was raised by her paternal grandparents Carl Jensen, Margaret Bratt-Jensen.

A resident of Jamestown for many years, Margaret attended Jamestown public schools.

Margaret enjoyed a fulfilling career, dedicating 16 years of service at Walmart in Fredonia, where she made many friends along the way.

Margaret was passionate about gardening. She possessed an exceptional talent that earned her the reputation of having the greenest of thumbs. Additionally, she had a profound affection for cats.

Margaret is survived by her loving children Lisa Dale of Stockton and Chad Raymond of Dunkirk; and her grandchildren Jack, Lydia and Pennelope Raymond; and her brother Raymond Jensen, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson Joshua Anzalone and her siblings Katheryn Chamberlin, Susan Stein, Elizabeth Howard, Kenneth Stein and Carl Stein.
