Beloved husband of Meagan R. Carmona.
Loving father of Stephon, Mya, Isabella, Aaliyah, Jada and Jaxon Carmona.
Loving brother of Lizzette, Josseline and Giovany Carmona.
Predeceased by mother, Carmen Montanez; and sisters, Nannette, Wilma, and Daiana Carmona.
Survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 E Doughty St., where funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
