Jody L. Woodard

Jody Woodard of Greco Lane, Dunkirk passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Buffalo General Hospital.

Jody was a loving, wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many.

She was a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees. She graduated from Fredonia Central School. Jody attended Jamestown Community College. She married Christopher Woodard of Stockton, New York. They welcomed a son Matthew in 1993. Jody was also a wonderful step-mom to Zachary Woodard of Canton, Ohio. Over the years she was blessed with four grandchildren, Emma,Nick, Dominic and Zxander all from Canton Ohio. She also recently became a great aunt.

In addition to her loving huband Chris and son’s Matthew and Zachary, Jody is survived by her mother Sandra Speziale of Largo, Florida, Penny Benson of Ellington, New York, Patty (Jon) Longhouse of Redington Shores, Florida, Julie Wagner of Seminole, Florida, and David (Stacy) Nichols of Fredonia, NewYork. Jody also leaves behind nine nieces and four nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving and amazing father David B. Nichols of Fredonia, New York.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
