Jeanne M. Syebold

Jeanne M. Seybold, 92, of Fredonia, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 12, 2021, at home with her brothers and niece at her side.

She was born April 19, 1928, in Dunkirk, daughter of the late Francis X. and Genevieve Rita (Leisner) Seybold.

She graduated Fredonia High School in 1945. She went to college at the University of Buffalo and graduated in 1949. She was a retired employee of ECMC Hospital where she worked as a Lab Tecnician. She also received a St. Joseph award for volunteer working in the office April 26,1998.She was a member of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Fredonia.

Surviving are brothers Richard Seybold, Mark (Linda) Seybold, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by sisters Rita, Ruth, Carol Seybold, Dorothy Ludwig; brothers Gerald and Francis X Seybold Jr.

Following the guidelines and protocals administered by the governor of New York, a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated today at 1 p.m. in St. Joseph’s R. C. Church. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Please Social Distance and wearing a mask is a must.
