Douglas M. Noni

Douglas Miles Noni, 74, of Jamestown, NY passed away on July 18, 2025, after a battle with cancer.

Born September 6th, 1950, Doug was the son of the late Gust and Ordella (Shreffler) Noni. Raised in

Jamestown and Fredonia NY, Doug graduated from Fredonia High School in 1969.

Doug spent his career working as a foreman in food manufacturing plants. He worked at the Red Wing

in Fredonia NY, Torbitt & Castleman’s in Kentucky, and T. Marzetti in Atlanta Georgia. Doug had several

hobbies including walleye fishing, building computers, high-end saltwater aquariums, and home

improvement projects. He was always “tinkering” on something! Doug served in the Vietnam war in

the 1 st Calvary Division. Later in life Doug developed a passion for politics and cooking where he

specifically made sure to document family “formulas” (as he would call them) for posterity.

Doug is survived by his: son Douglas (Lisa) Noni Jr. of Horseheads, NY, and daughter Brande Noni of

Dunkirk, NY, son Christian Noni of CA, and nephews Jason (Kathy) Noni of Nottingham, NH, Tige Noni of

Hilton NY.

Doug is predeceased by his brother Gust Noni Jr.

A celebration of life will be held with the immediate family at a later date.
