David J. Manzella peacefully completed his journey here on earth, surrounded by his loving family, and was called home by God on Sunday, August 9, 2015, after a brief illness at Cleveland Clinic. No calling hours and a private family service. In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Hospice of Chautauqua County, 20 W. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750 or ClevelandClinic.org, are gratefully appreciated.
