Andre Rosario, 24, of Fredonia, formerly of Silver Creek, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Born in Erie, PA on April 23, 2002, he was the son of Maria Vega and the late Raul Rosario Jr. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026 starting at 3 p.m. at the Elks Lodge 922; 428 Central Ave, Dunkirk, NY.
