Mary Lou Dykas

Marylou Dykas, 66, of Dunkirk, NY died peacefully in her sleep at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital on April 25, 2020.

Marylou was born April 22, 1954 to the late Dorothy (Swiech) Nalepa and Joseph Nalepa.

She was a lifelong resident of Dunkirk whose kind spirit and gentle strength touched so many lives in the community.

She is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Dykas, daughter Renee (Keith) Haynes, daughter Nicole (Mark) Derrico.She was a beloved Grandma to Cailyn, Collin, Aiden and Evelyn and the late Camden.Sister to Susan Nalepa, Kathy Rymanowski, Paulette Morein, Karen (Joseph) Porpiglia, Ellen (Peter) Sumby and Andrea Nalepa and numerous nieces and nephews.

A heartfelt thank you to all those who prayed and supported the family during this difficult time.

Due to the restrictions from the COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
